After seeing this queue I knew I needed to be the guy that also checks in online and do not stand in the 30-40 min queue .... gaaah.
I downloaded the Thai Airaways app and checked in via it, the issue that happened was that the Internet/mobile checkin counter got full ... and of course there were people that 'fucks' up ... so it took much longer than expected but it still was much faster than the regulare queue.
